From camping to self-catering cottages, visitors to Applecross can choose from a wide variety of accommodation types. Although only served by three restaurants in the high season, and the Inn in winter, nevertheless the area’s food is renowned, with the peninsula having an unusually high concentration of top class chefs resident.

Applecross Inn

Applecross Inn (Shore Street) is the only hotel on the peninsula. The Inn has been awarded a number of accolades, including the AA Best Seafood pub in Scotland.  The sea front garden providing outstanding views to the Isle of Skye and Raasay. The Applecross Campsite

Overlooking Applecross Bay, The Applecross Campsite is a popular well-facilitated site for tents, camper vans, caravans and motor homes.  The campsite’s famous Flower Tunnel provides teas, snacks and meals with a restaurant popular with the campsite users and locals. The site is open between April and November.

Applecross Garden

The Potting Shed is located within Applecross House’s Victorian Walled Garden. Serving a wide range of local produce, this establishment is another popular eatery, with much of its vegetables and salads grown in the garden itself.
